During the meeting the members of the Committee have discussed the expenses of the General Fund of the State Budget 2010 regarding the system of health protection financing.
During the discussion certain number of remarks was expressed regarding the bill (Reg.№5000). In particular, it was declared that the total sum of expenses of the General Fund of the State
Budget 2010 regarding the system of health protection financing comprises UAH 41,1 billion, consequently the specific weight of total expenses in GDP comprises 3,2 %.
The parliamentarians deem that in year 2010 with 5% of GDP (UAH 1178,6 billion)the total sum of expenses should comprise UAH 59 billion.
It was emphasized that for the purchase of the medicines and equipment for the transplantology centers 35,8 mln are envisaged. It is more then in previous year on 5,0 mln but still according to the calculated need the sum must comprise 117,5 mln.
The People´s Deputies declared that according to the State Programs of Tuberculosis Counteraction UAH 150,8 mln are envisaged (40% form the need 444,8 mln).
For the implementation of the state programs "Oncology" (for adults) Ministry on Health Protection presupposes UAH 198,2 mln. Still it has not taken into he account the needs for the purchase of the diagnostic and medical equipment (28,1 mln) and medicines (UAH 355,6 mln) etc.
As a result of a discussion he Committee declared that the expenses of the General Fund of the State Budget 2010 regarding the system of health protection financing should be increased in UAH 9,2 billion that is UAH 46,7 billion that comprise 4,0%GDP.
The decision is directed to the Committee on State Budget.
